Can't Connect to HiWatch?
Are you having difficulties connecting to HiWatch?
Sometimes, you might experience difficulty connecting your smartwatch to HiWatch.
The possible reasons for this issue are:
- The distance between the phone and the watch is too far. Put your watch close to the phone.
- The current App version of HiWatch on your phone is too low. Please update and upgrade to the new version and try again.
- Your phone might have a temporary network communication failure at this time. Please try again later.
- You might need to restart the watch and phone and try again.
Also, in some cases, you might need to pair the Bluetooth of both devices again.
So, if you have already confirmed your watch’s pairing with your mobile phone, please go to your phone’s Bluetooth setting and ignore the connected watch.
Do this by clicking on “Forget This Device”. Then search for the device again and reconnect.
